Preparing Children for the 21st Century
Egremont Schools, Inc. is a nonprofit, coeducational, independent Preschool-Grade 5 day school serving approximately 150 students on one site in Chatsworth, California. Founded in 1936 in Costa Mesa, California, Egremont Schools, Inc. will begin its 75th academic year in the fall of 2010. Since its inception, Egremont Schools, Inc. has always been guided by a mission to provide high-level academics, a commitment to character education, and a belief in a broad offering of programs.
Over the years, the academic programs in Preschool-Grade 5 have reached unparalleled heights, driven by the twin beliefs that students seek that place where they are “challenged but not stressed,” and that students are capable of extraordinary academic achievement.
