Dr. Liu is board certified and has trained from the West Coast to New Orleans to New York to Miami at some of the top medical centers in the country. After specializing his residency training to surgery of the eyes and eyelids, he furthered his training with two fellowships; one fellowship was
under the mentorship of general plastic surgeon and a second fellowship under an Oculoplastic & Liposculpture specialist. Dr. Liu wanted to not only enhance his skills as an eyelid and facial specialist but also to broaden his knowledge of the field of plastic surgery.
